Some imperfections are already on the blank license plate when I receive them.  Other times, imperfections happen during the ink transfer process.  This license plate is available at a discounted price due to the specific imperfection(s) listing below:

This license plate has an imperfection on the right side center of the rainbow on the of the top pink section.  There is a white dot from where the ink did not transfer when creating this license plate.  Other that the white dot, the license plate is in great condition. (Mounting hardware not included.)
